My sweet Papa Butler

This past weekend I was able to travel to my Grandpa's funeral. It was emotional, but so sweet and wonderful to honor him. My Muma and Papa were still living on their farm in Idaho. He was such a hard worker and a man of his word. I feel so grateful for his example. He was a blacksmith, and made the mirror, table and towel rack for my house. He also made the cute dragonfly that sits in my front flower beds. I will always remember riding his motorcycle with him, his huge hands and his funny sense of humor. He and Muma would rev up the old Model T for rides to church on Sundays. My Muma is amazing. She is holding up really well. She requested that all the grandsons be the pallbearers and wear Lee's wash-to-fit 501 jeans with a white church shirt. They looked sharp!
